誰もがより安心で安全だと思える場所を共同で作り上げるために、NEVER STOP THINKINGでは「セーファースペースポリシー」を掲げて運営いたします。セーファースペースポリシーとは、場所や空間において、差別や抑圧、暴力、ハラスメントなどの問題をできる限りゼロにするための試みです。
1.ジェンダー・セクシャリティ・人種・年齢・障害・雇用状況などに基づくあらゆる差別や嫌がらせを容認しません。また、無意識に他人を傷つける可能性に対して常に自覚を持ち、すべての人が安心して過ごせる環境作りにご協力ください。
2.店内および商品の写真撮影は自由です。ただし、スタッフや他のお客さまの容姿がはっきりとわかる状態での撮影は、本人の許可がない限りご遠慮ください。

その他
当店は土足でのご入店をご遠慮いただいており、店内ではスリッパへの履き替えをお願いしております。スリッパはご用意しておりますが、ご持参いただいても問題ございません。

また、古い民家をリノベーションした建物のため、入口には37cmほどの段差があり、建物の構造上この段差を解消することができておりません。これらの理由から、車椅子やベビーカーのままでのご入店が難しい状況となっております。

大変心苦しい限りですが、今後もオンラインショップやポップアップイベントの開催などを通じて、できるだけ多くの方にお楽しみいただけるよう努めてまいります。ご理解とご協力のほど、どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

We do not have parking available, but bicycles may be parked on the premises.

Payment
We accept card and digital payments including credit cards, debit cards, e-money, and QR code options.
Please note that we do not accept cash at this time.

Communication Support
We provide a notebook and pen for written communication, and we can also use the UD Talk app if needed.

2.You’re welcome to take photos of the shop and our products.

However, please avoid taking or sharing photos of staff or customers where their faces or appearance are clearly visible, unless you have their permission.

Other Information
We kindly ask that you remove your shoes before entering the shop and change into slippers. Slippers are available here, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

As this shop is located in a renovated old Japanese house, there is a step of about 37cm at the entrance. Due to the structure of the building, we are unfortunately unable to remove this step.
Because of this, it is difficult to enter the shop with a wheelchair or stroller as is.

We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience. We’ll continue working to make our shop more accessible by expanding our online store and holding pop-up events. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
